IF you have the ability to wait then I’d just wait, even if they don’t release in the time you wait, prices should drop on the 3700x.
Personally I will wait for new gen GPU, but actual Zen 2 CPU are enough powerful to buy them now.
But if you want a computer this year then yes go with a 3600 or 3700x..
